Attorney Request for Privileged Phone Access

INSTRUCTIONS TO ATTORNEYS:  All inmate phone calls are recorded UNLESS exempt by approved request of an inmate’s attorney.  Attorneys are responsible for notifying the Jail of every phone number that needs to be exempted from recording, including all members of a defense team. Upon approval, the phone numbers provided will be exempted. Complete this form in its entirety. It may take up to 5 days for Jail staff to enter phone numbers into the Jail phone system.  Until you have received notification that the phone numbers have been entered into the phone system, phone calls to and from the numbers provided WILL be recorded.  You are responsible for notifying the Jail through this form if information changes*.
