Looking to adopt an animal at the shelter?

If you are interested in adopting a shelter animal, please visit our Facebook page or Pet Finder. If you find an animal you wish to learn more about, please contact: ccacadoptions@gmail.com. You will then receive answers to questions you may have and an adoption application which can also be filled out here and emailed or dropped off at the shelter. 

Interested in fostering?

If you are interested in fostering, please fill out this form and email it to ccacadoptions@gmail.com. You will receive a response with some follow up questions and information on the next steps.
